Tune In Music School respects the privacy of people who ask about lessons. This notice explains what information the lesson enquiry form collects and how it is used.

Information you provide

The form asks for a first name, email address, instrument interest, learner age in years, and whether the enquiry is for yourself or your child. You may also include goals or questions. Please do not include a full date of birth, health information, payment details, or other sensitive information.

How information is used

Dejehan Hamilton uses enquiry details to respond, discuss lesson fit and availability, and follow up about next steps. Sending an enquiry does not confirm a booking. Tune In Music School does not sell enquiry information.

Form and spam protection

The website and form are provided through Squarespace. Google reCAPTCHA is enabled to help protect the form from spam. These providers may process information needed to operate the website, form, or spam protection under their own privacy terms.

Retention and requests

Enquiry information is kept only as long as reasonably needed to respond and maintain related correspondence. To ask a question about your information, or request a correction or deletion, email admin@tuneinmusicschool.com.

Enquiries for children

A parent or guardian should submit an enquiry for a child. The form asks for the learner’s age in years so the school can discuss readiness; it does not ask for a full date of birth.

The website may link to third-party services, such as a map for the lesson location. Those services have their own privacy practices when you visit them.
